PIM VI - Assessment and selection

The purpose of this part of the Project Implementation Manual is to provide the applicant with important information on the methodology and criteria used for the assessment and selection of projects to be funded by the Programme.

The following chapters focus on the third stage of the project cycle as described in the figure below.

Simplified overview of project cycle

The assessment and selection procedure starts on the date of the receipt of the project application by the Managing authority and covers all steps up to the date of the final decision by the Monitoring Committee and the conclusion of the ERDF contract.
The project application submitted by the Lead Partner is registered under a project number. Afterwards, the Lead partner receives a confirmation of the registration of the project application via email.
